Shipping

• Shipping is free on purchase above INR 1299
• If cart total is less than 1299 then Shipping within India is INR 99 irrespective of the number of items bought.
• Orders once placed will be processed and shipped within 3 working days.
• Package is sent via surface mode and delivery time depends upon the location. It generally takes 5-7 working days but proper timeline you can track through tracking id that we provide through registered mail after dispatching the package.
• Delivery timing cannot be guaranteed due to the ever-changing COVID-19 situation.
• In case amount is charged to you twice erroneously, please drop a mail to [email protected] timely. We will check and confirm the same within 1-2 working days and amount will be refunded to the source of payment in 7-10 working days.
• In case of any query regarding order status you need to contact us through mail [email protected] also mention your order number in mail along with other order related details

RETURNS

• Book Bond will not be liable for any loss or damage to the package if address and contact details mentioned at the time of checkout is incorrect.
• All our products go through strict quality checks before being finally shipped to you, and we will accept returns only if the product reached to you in damaged condition.
• Also we will need a proof of damaged product when you opened the package so you need to record the parcel while opening and share that with us along with return request through Whatsapp on given contact details in ‘Contact Us’ section of website.
• Please not reverse shipment will be handled by you and not us. The products must be packed in its original packaging and no further damage should be caused in transit.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and new product will automatically be dispatched to you within a certain amount of days.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

• We at Book Bond pay utmost attention to packaging.
• We pack your parcel in multiple layers to ensure there is no damage in transit. If in case there are any accidents we will need proof to support your claim which should be in recorded for while the package is being opened
• In case of damage proven we will require the products to be shipped back to us within 7 days after receiving. After examining we will confirm you refund status.
• In case of loss in transit we will conduct strict cross verification through shipping company if proven right refund will be issued and settled within 7 days of claim.
• Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
